Support enterprise-wide initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
8+ years of HR/People Operations experience with at least 2 years specializing in Talent Management (or a closely related field) leading programs for a business
Proven program and project management expertise delivering enterprise initiatives in fast‑paced environments; strong change management skills
Demonstrated ability to simplify sophisticated problems, structure ambiguity, and drive clarity and alignment across cross‑functional stakeholders
Experience working with HR systems and people data and partnering with analytics teams to inform decisions
Excellent written communication skills with a track record of crafting scalable documentation, keynote presentations, playbooks, and stakeholder updates
Strong collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior leaders

Good judgment and decision-making that balances expertise, new information, and business context
Self-awareness and openness to feedback; strong team orientation with a willingness to listen, challenge, and commit
Experience managing global programs and ensuring operational scalability
Exposure to data visualization and dash-boarding (e.g., Tableau, Keynote/Numbers) and experimentation methods for continuous improvement
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prosci, Agile/Scrum)
