Junior Payroll and Projects Administrator
Groe Advisors is seeking a Junior Payroll and Projects Administrator to support multiple departments in various tasks that enhance the organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and grow while assisting with administrative duties across different areas.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate individuals
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Assist with timekeeping and coding of labor on projects
Assist with department filing
Assist with meeting set up for employees and customers
Provide backup administrative work for Engineering, Production, Quality and Human Resources
Assist with non-confidential tasks in Human Resources and Safety
Transmittal of Engineering files and documents to external customers
Qualification
Required
Apt in a variety of computer programs/software including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
HS diploma or GED required and 1 to 2 years prior experience
Good organizational and communication skills
Regular attendance required during office hours plus overtime as required
Time equally spent between sitting, standing and walking in both an office and manufacturing environment
Preferred
Experience with Oracle and Attendance Enterprise a plus
Occasional overnight/out-of-state travel
