Responsibilities
Be the Product SME with thorough understanding of end-to-end data flow of the application and downstream systems
Craft comprehensive use cases and engage in web service specifications, including the creation of Swagger files or other API documentation
Act as link between business and technical stakeholders, by leading requirement walkthroughs for development, maintenance, and tech tasks
Skillfully manage product development by applying an in-depth understanding and hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodology
Adopt a proactive approach to the UI/UX process, encompassing wireframe design, screen development, and close collaboration with the design team to deliver exceptional user interfaces
Conduct comprehensive UAT (user acceptance testing - frontend and backend/API testing) for integrations and new features (pre- and post-production) development before production. Require SQL querying skills
Employ problem-solving skills and adaptability to address challenges and ensure product success
Leverage knowledge of AI tools enhance product functionality and improve user experience
Demonstrate strategic thinking to align product development initiatives with overarching business objectives
Qualification
Required
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Strong FX trading and payment knowledge
Detail-oriented and motivated to create innovative products
Strategic thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
Technical proficiency, database query skills
Excellent leadership communication and presentation skills

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field with at least 8 years of relevant work experience in technical product owner or similar role with strong product management experience in large enterprise
Highly desirable: Experience in the FX trading and payments industry
Possess deep technical knowledge and product acumen to translate opportunities into actionable product capabilities and features
API platform product development experience is required
Proficient in web services and API documentation (e.g., Swagger)
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Hands-on experience with writing queries/scripts in SQL, Oracle, and Python
Detail-oriented with experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive business requirement documents and test cases
Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to work both autonomously and effectively as part of a geographically dispersed team
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
An initiative-taking individual with the ability to address challenges, solve problems, and enable progression
Successful demonstration of product delivery in Agile (e.g., scrum) and waterfall software development methodologies
Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in technology-driven environments
