HR Manager (or Senior HR Coordinator ready to step up)
Nolan Living is a company with over 30 years of success in real estate investments and property management, managing more than 6,500 apartment units across 27 communities. They are seeking an HR Manager to deliver a great employee experience across payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations.

Responsibilities
Be the go-to partner for employee HR questions and guidance
Manage payroll administration (run via third party payroll administrator) and benefits processes (including Paylocity HRIS)
Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
Keep policies, compliance, and reporting up to date
Partner on onboarding, open enrollment, and company-wide HR initiatives
Look for ways to make HR processes more efficient and employee-friendly
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of HR experience (Manager/Generalist/Operations) or 3–5 years at the Senior Coordinator level with a growth mindset
Experience with payroll, benefits, and HRIS (Paylocity a plus)
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law basics
Problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and process improvements
High EQ and communication skills that build trust across all levels
