Thrive Therapies Group is a mission-driven team dedicated to providing support to students in under-resourced communities. They are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for the 2025–2026 school year to help students enhance their communication skills under the supervision of a licensed SLP.

Higher Education

Responsibilities

Caseloads tailored for quality—not quantity
Ongoing supervision and mentorship from a licensed SLP
Access to a shared assessment library and therapy resources
Flexible scheduling and autonomy for contractors

Qualification

Tennessee licensureDegree in SLPACulturally responsive careExperience in schoolsWork under supervision

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited SLPA program
Current Tennessee licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant
Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed SLP
Commitment to culturally responsive care and educational equity
Must pass a background check

Preferred

Experience in schools (preferred but not required)
