Responsibilities
Maintains accurate client information to provide day-to-day client support and address intermediate-level client inquiries
Assists in the development of strong business relationships with appropriate insurance carrier personnel
Maintains files with proper records according to company procedures
Follows company procedures in order to achieve positive audit results
Ensures accuracy of account information for both new and renewal policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy in rating, coverage, signatures, and enters these transactions to generate billing invoices in a timely manner
Reviews all premium audits according to Agency procedures recognizing that the Agency must process in a timely manner
Reviews accounts receivable report for all assigned accounts to support client retention
Leverages technical knowledge to ensure carrier quotes are received in a timely fashion; Reviews quotes for gaps and assists with inquiries from the carrier
Attend training and seek self-directed learning to continue education in industry and technical knowledge
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of related experience and/or training preferred
Property and Casualty License
Working knowledge of available commercial lines coverages based on business and industry
Proficient in providing client service through electronic, telephone, and in-person interaction
Problem solving skills; strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in use of Agency Management software, or demonstrated skill at quickly learning new systems
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office or similar software, including spreadsheet and presentation software
