The Junior Trust Operations Specialist will support the daily operational functions of the trust department, ensuring accurate processing of transactions and compliance with regulations while providing quality customer service.

Responsibilities

Process trust and company account transactions and reconciliations

Maintain accurate client and account records

Assist in preparing internal reports and client documentation

Produce and send periodic client statements

Support compliance and audit-related activities

Communicate with internal departments and external partners

Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned

Assist in the maintenance and further development of the Operations Procedures Manual

Ensure compliance with the company’s Bank Secrecy Act compliance program

Qualification

Accounting DegreeFinancial software systemsTrust experienceBanking experienceCompliance knowledge

Required

Accounting Degree or related education (or equivalent experience)

Ability to learn and work with financial software systems (Salesforce or AccountingSeed experience ideal, but not required)

Trust or banking experience a plus, but not required
