GuruSchools LLC is seeking an experienced Recruiting Tech Lead to oversee the deployment of the Recruiting and Onboarding module within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. This role will be responsible for leading design, configuration, testing, training, and change management activities to ensure the solution meets the needs of recruiters and hiring managers, while also ensuring seamless workflows with downstream systems critical to onboarding.
