Sephora is a leading beauty retailer that inspires customers and empowers teams. They are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Data Intern to support their supply chain technology team by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to improve efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities

Collect and analyze supply chain data from various sources
Assist in creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Support data cleansing, validation, and enrichment activities
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in supply chain performance metrics
Work cross-functionally with technology teams e.g. Logistics, Inventory Planning, Merchandising
Help automate routine data reporting and analytics tasks
Participate in improvement projects related to forecasting, inventory management, transportation, or supplier performance
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL, Data Bricks, ThoughtSpot, or similar tools is a plus
Experience with data analysis and visualization
Basic understanding of supply chain processes and concepts
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Graduating in 2026 or 2027 (undergraduate or graduate degree)
Remote program – work schedule must align with Pacific Standard Time
Must permanently reside and work in the U.S
Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid positions
Available from June 1 - August 14, 2026
Available for the 1-week On-Site office experience in San Francisco, CA

Preferred

Familiarity with Retail Supply Planning Systems like Blue Yonder, o9
Experience with Python or R for data analysis
Knowledge of inventory, logistics, or procurement metrics
