Saab Inc. is seeking an expert in next generation Antenna technology development to fill the role of Chief Technologist, Advanced Antenna Development for the Surveillance Systems business area. This leadership role will be responsible for the development and integration of strategic technical roadmaps utilizing advanced Antenna technologies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a vision and strategy to advance Saab’s Antenna technology development across the U.S. business

Collaborate with Senior Leadership to define technological priorities and investment strategies

Support the design, development, and deployment of innovative radar technologies and key pursuits

Develop complex radar and antenna product applications and drive lifecycle product management throughout the organization

Partner with Engineering Leadership to drive the division’s R&D efforts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives

Maintain a strong executive level network, reputation, and customer access across the radar market

Establish and maintain the technical thought leadership of the company in the relevant market community and stakeholder base

Mentor and develop technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
