They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to manage the accounts receivable process, lead a team, and implement strategies to enhance AR performance.

Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee and manage the accounts receivable function, including all the interaction with different functions that are tied to this such as billing,cash applications, disputes and others in order to maintain accurate records of outstanding balances

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of AR Specialists to achieve individual and team performance targets

Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze team performance metrics, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary

End to End collections understanding: Customers behavior understanding by enforcing payment schedules and strategies to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices. Follow up with customers on overdue payments, Negotiation skills for potential settlements and payment plans when necessary

Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the AR skills and financial knowledge of the team. Ensure all team members are up-to-date with the latest industry trends and company offerings

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the AR team

Customer Interaction: Handle escalated customer issues and disputes, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.Provide clear and timely guidance to team members

Collaboration: Work closely with the VGM AR-Collections supervisor and local GBS Structure to align AR strategies and ensure seamless operations

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on AR performance, customer payment trends, and team achievements to senior management

Compliance: Ensure all team activities comply with company policies and local regulations. Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the team

Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to accounts receivable processes and procedures. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations
