Lead .NET Developer
JPC Partners is seeking a Lead .NET Developer to architect and code resilient, multi-tier applications while optimizing the performance of existing services. Responsibilities
Lead the triage and response to client requests for new features, workflows, or data services, ensuring alignment with existing system architecture
Analyze, document, and maintain a deep understanding of SSIS packages, SSRS reports, .NET applications, and SQL Server stored procedures critical to daily business operations
Ensure stable and reliable operation of all legacy codebases and data processes, promptly diagnosing and resolving production issues as they arise
Design and implement enhancements or new components in .NET and SQL Server, integrating seamlessly with existing infrastructure
Collaborate with business users to clarify technical constraints and deliver solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements
Track and manage technical debt within the system, proposing plans that balance risk and business value
Contribute to and enhance internal standards for documentation, deployment procedures, and system monitoring to ensure long-term sustainability of the application environment
Qualification
Required
10+ years of work experience in .NET development
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, great customer service orientation
Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
Creative and critical thinker
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective professional relationships
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and make progress in uncertain conditions
Able to adapt quickly to changing conditions and use influence to drive results
Hybrid schedule, onsite in our Philadelphia headquarters 3 days per week
