Work with real datasets, assist in data cleaning and visualization, and build complex models that support the analysis of trends that impact business outcomes
Gain hands-on experience with analytical tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and see how data shapes strategy
Qualification
Required
Completed coursework in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Used tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or basic SQL
Tackled quantitative problems in class or on personal projects with attention to detail
Managed projects or assignments with multiple steps and tight deadlines
Asked thoughtful questions and contributed meaningfully to group work or presentations
Expressed a clear interest in using data to understand and improve processes or outcomes
Preferred
Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a similar field
Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Python/R
An eye for detail and a drive to find insights others might miss
Strong communication skills—especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
A curious mindset and eagerness to explore data from different angles
A willingness to adapt to the complexities of multistep problems that might require you to learn new skills or use existing tools in new ways
