The DPI Business Data Analytics Apprentice will be part of the Business Insights team, focusing on learning and contributing to data analytics and reporting processes that aid in data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities
Assist in defining, developing, and deploying data, analytics and reporting products and services that integrate and convey complex data/information and maintains data catalog to provide key data sources to internal and external stakeholders
Develop Business Intelligence (BI) visualizations and KPIs by configuring BI software and performing data cleansing and mapping from various systems
Investigate and troubleshoot system and configuration issues impacting data quality and reporting
Liaise with senior team members & cross functional teams on more complex data issues and configuration
Draft detailed process documentation for data collection, mapping, validation, analysis, and visualization
Document and deliver end-user training, work instructions and job aides
Qualification
Required
Successful completion of the DPI career development program
SQL experience
PowerBI, Python, and Excel experience
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred
Experience with Power Automate is a plus
