Start in 2026 SummerExact Sciences is dedicated to transforming cancer prevention, detection, and treatment. The Real World Evidence Intern will assist in understanding Health Economics and Outcomes Research while contributing to product strategies in the cancer care continuum.

Responsibilities
Contribute to a variety of projects in support of developing the value proposition of products for organized customer groups
Contribute to real world evidence research and literature reviews that could have impact on the EXAS portfolio
Learn about the HEOR function, including how we work with other partners at EXAS to demonstrate the value of our screening and precision oncology products to key external stakeholders
Work independently on a project that will be presented within the Medical Affairs, HEOR team
Qualification
Required
Must be highly motivated and have a strong passion for healthcare
Must be available to work full-time for up to twelve consecutive weeks beginning in May or June of 2025
Strong knowledge of SAS and have prior experience in handling retrospective databases
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with effective presentation skills
Ability to interface and work effectively within team and department with changing priorities
Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Must be currently pursuing a third year or higher in PhD in Health Economics and Outcomes Research or a closely related area
