Architect systems and networks with customers and shape product evolution
Design processes for deployments that work across different scales, from single locations to national chains
Collaborate with Sales to understand customer needs and partner with Engineering to enhance the platform
Work with Customer Success to ensure networks exceed expectations from day one
Build systems that make deployments effortless and accelerate growth
Create a playbook for Meter's expansion into new markets and larger scales
Qualification
Required
Experience in product and technical project management
Ability to architect systems and networks with customers
Experience designing processes for diverse environments
Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
Proven ability to accelerate growth through process improvements
Experience in scaling operations without sacrificing quality
Motivated to build new systems and processes
Ability to deploy networks at scale
