Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related

7+ years' experience in business development or sales within mortgage servicing, financial services, or related field

Proven success in developing and managing high-value client relationships

Strong understanding of residential and commercial mortgage servicing operations demonstrated through practical work experience

Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Strong skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization

Collaborative and consultative work style; high team-orientation

Effective management skills to include talent selection, training, coaching, and performance management
