Responsibilities
Design, develop, test electronic components, sub-assemblies, and systems for Casino gaming applications
Lead and co-ordinate Electrical Engineering development and sustainment
Coach, mentor, and develop staff members within the Engineering team
Delegate, schedule, and coordinate workload for projects and team members
Provide technical leadership on designs, test, and sustainment’s efforts
Qualification
Required
10+ years' experience in Electrical Hardware Development, Test, and sustainment (full life cycle)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading an engineering team
Proven capability in technical project leadership
Highly proficient at organizing, scheduling, and coordinating design partner activities and deliverables
Experience with the full life cycle of electronic systems development (i.e. concept definition, software requirements, working with distributors, selecting parts, developing design requirements, and manufacturing)
Strong knowledge in circuit board design using various ICs, voltage regulators, microcontrollers and processors
Strong knowledge of various communication protocols such as USB, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, RS-232, RS-485, JTAG, and PCIe
Possess the fundamental conceptual knowledge of FW interaction with HW
Bachelor's degree required
