Responsibilities
Work closely with studio designers to develop new design concepts
Collaborate with other vehicle engineering teams and cross-functional teams on technical, feasibility, and cost trade-off studies
Design and engineer high-quality vehicle accessories that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of vehicles
Explore creative ideas covering a variety of systems, including roof solutions, bed solutions, and various innovative accessories
Work from the concept phase all the way to manufacturing and quality teams for the launch
Qualification
Required
Experience in product development engineering, specifically in vehicle accessories
Ability to collaborate with studio designers and cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of technical feasibility and cost trade-off studies
Experience in designing and engineering high-quality vehicle accessories
Knowledge of various systems including roof solutions and bed solutions
Ability to take concepts from the idea phase to manufacturing and quality teams
