Accroid Inc is seeking a Solutions Architect with Mainframe Experience to lead technical architecture initiatives for enterprise-level applications. The role requires extensive experience in design and development of complex systems, as well as proficiency in modern architectural methodologies and technologies.

Responsibilities

10+ years of hands-on consumer facing enterprise level application development experience
4 years of recent experience working with Mainframe within Solution Architecture
Of which, 6+ Years in architecture, including leading technical architecture initiatives for multiple value streams e.g. Agile Release Train
Expert understanding of architectural methodologies and best practices
Experience and proficiency with modern languages, frameworks, and technologies
Significant experience in:
Design of server applications, encompassing APIs and micro-services, containers, databases, cloud infrastructures, and cloud services
Design and development of complex systems/user interfaces
Distributed computing architectures, including race conditions, parallelism, and concurrency control
Modern API patterns, including RESTful APIs
Recognized ability to explain highly complex technical architectures, designs and issues clearly and understandably to all constituents
Experience with Jenkins, CI/CD Pipeline, GIT and other DevOps principles
Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, evangelization, negotiation, coaching, mentoring, and coalition-building skills. Ability to work with persons in all job functions (e.g. Product, UX, Developers, QA, DevOps)
