Sell Home, Auto, Pet, Flood insurance using consultative sales techniques
Identify and engage potential customers through established lead-generation methods
Advise clients on tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs
Participate in incentive programs and sales contests to drive performance
Attend industry networking events to build relationships and support business development
Consistently surpass sales targets for new business quotes and policy issuances
Qualification
Required
Must currently hold a valid Florida 220 license
Proven experience in sales administration, retail sales, or customer-facing roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues
Strong analytical skills to understand coverage details and underwriting guidelines, enabling informed decision-making
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Fluency in English is required
Persuasive negotiation abilities to effectively close sales and meet targets
Ability to adapt to changing environments and customer needs, demonstrating flexibility and resilience
Preferred
Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
