This role will focus on enhancing productivity across business functions through AI-powered tools and building a robust enterprise business intelligence capability.

Responsibilities
Lead the development and deployment of AI-powered platforms and tools that enhance productivity across core business functions such as Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Procurement, and Supply Chain
Identify, evaluate, and implement off-the-shelf AI agents to streamline operations, reduce costs, and accelerate business processes
Architect and build a scalable enterprise business intelligence (BI) and analytics infrastructure to support high-quality financial, operational, and strategic reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to translate business needs into data and AI solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities
Manage and grow a high-performing team of AI, data, and analytics professionals, fostering innovation, operational excellence, and a data-driven culture
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading AI/ML initiatives and data-driven transformations in a complex, cross-functional business environment
Strong technical expertise in AI/ML, data architecture, analytics platforms, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, SAP BW/4HANA, Power BI, or similar)
Deep understanding of enterprise operations and processes across functions like Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and IT, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing technical teams, including AI engineers, data scientists, and BI analysts
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of influencing executive leadership and driving measurable business outcomes
Preferred
Experience implementing GenAI tools or Large Language Models (LLMs) in an enterprise setting to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, or improve employee productivity
