They are seeking a Freelance Business Affairs Manager to manage the business and financial aspects of production, ensuring smooth project execution through estimating, vendor coordination, and cost management.

Partnering with Producers through all business and creative phases of production

Managing the production estimate process

Coordinating with AM/PM/BM Executive Producer to define production scope

Tracking costs as projects progress, taking proactive action on overages, and navigating the purchasing process in close partnership with Producers

Communicating potential overages, in collaboration with Producers, to AM/PM/BM stakeholders

Engaging directly with vendors and managing workflow through the production and billing cycle

Reviewing and approving vendor invoices and purchase orders
