Business Development Representative (Outside Sales)

Bug Busters, Inc is a family-owned pest control company seeking a dependable and motivated Outside Sales Representative for the South Metro Atlanta area. The role involves providing customized pest control solutions, leading the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction while building and maintaining customer relationships.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Provide customers with pest control solutions
Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized Pest Control solution
Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction
Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales
Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices, and credit terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold
Build and maintain customer relationships
Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc

Required

At least 3 years of previous outside sales experience
2+ years of previous outside sales experience
Travel requirements - 35% to 40%
Pre-employment Drug, Background, and MVR
Ability to pass physical
Possess valid driver's license for at least 5 years
Outside sales: 2 years (Required)
Driver's License 5 years (Required)

Preferred

2+ years in Pest Control
Pest control: 2 years (Preferred)
Lawn care: 2 years (Preferred)
Pest Control License (Preferred)
