Responsibilities

Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards
Considered expert in field within the organization
Demonstrates the skill and ability to perform complex tasks
Able to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings
Develops solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation
Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives
Most assignments are complex and performed independently without appreciable direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment
Ability to support U.S. Government, customer, and NG internal audits
Serves as consultant to management and special external spokesperson for the organization on major matters pertaining to its policies, plans, and objectives
Acts as an advisor to senior management and customers

Required

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with 2 years of relevant experience or Master's Degree with 0 years of relevant experience in property (U.S. Government/DoD/Commercial) administration. We will also consider 6 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
Thorough knowledge of the FAR/DFARS relative to property administration
Knowledge and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite of Applications
Ability to obtain/maintain Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance
Ability to travel 10% of the time
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with 5 years of relevant experience or Master's Degree with 3 years of relevant experience in property (U.S. Government/DoD/Commercial) administration; or 1 year of relevant experience with a PHD. We will also consider 9 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
Thorough knowledge of the FAR/DFARS relative to property administration
Knowledge and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite of Applications
Ability to obtain/maintain Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance
Ability to travel 10% of the time
