They are seeking a Senior Account Executive – Community Engagement to serve as the primary contact for patient outreach, manage client relationships, and support patient speaking events.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for patient outreach with the ability to conduct patient interviews

Assist in vetting and assessing appropriate patient candidates for program selection

Maintain privacy standards in collecting, storing and processing patient information

Liaise between patients, internal teams, and clients

Provide daily logistical support for patient speaking events and programs

Assist in training of patient speakers

Maintain client relationship and manage weekly status calls

Support in development of core program materials as well as review and approval in VEEVA

Must be willing to travel, potentially once per month
