Responsibilities

Seeking a highly experienced Digital Onshore Test Manager to lead and manage the QA delivery of five agile QA pods supporting digital platforms
This role will oversee end-to-end testing, regression testing, and automation efforts across Web, API, and Mobile (Android & iOS) platforms
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on technical knowledge, and experience managing hybrid teams (onshore/offshore)

Strong leadership skills
Hands-on technical knowledge
Experience managing hybrid teams (onshore/offshore)
ISTQB or equivalent QA certification
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or digital transformation projects
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
