They are seeking a motivated and experienced Oracle Cloud (Fusion) HCM Functional Consultant (Lead) who will be responsible for implementing Oracle Cloud HCM and driving deliverables, fit-gap analysis, data mapping, and configuring modules.

Responsibilities
Implement Oracle Cloud HCM and maximize the benefit of the Oracle software in which the client has invested
Drive deliverables, fit-gap analysis, data mapping, developing reports and interfaces, configuring the modules
Work hands on in the functional role
Qualification
Required
Experience in Oracle Cloud modules: Global Human Resources, Benefits, Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession Management, Workforce Compensation
Implementation experience in the Higher Education field (such as within a College or University)
Bachelor's Degree
Close familiarity with Higher Education issues
Some knowledge of Oracle products used by Higher Education institutions
Desire to become part of a Higher Education-focused team within Sierra-Cedar
Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a huge plus
Approximately 30% travel to client sites (nationwide)
Remote work from your home office within the United States only
Ability to work occasional nights and weekends to support project milestones
