Responsibilities
Lead M Drive’s content strategy and creation across social, digital, and community platforms — including photography, video, short-form social, and live content
Plan and produce engaging content that educates and inspires men around health, performance, and lifestyle
Develop and coordinate relationships with content creators, ambassadors, and event partners to expand brand reach and authenticity
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align campaigns, brand tone, and storytelling across all channels
Represent M Drive at select events, capturing and creating on-the-ground content and connecting with customers and partners
Community Engagement - participate in relevant Reddit forums, Facebook groups, Discord communities, and other digital spaces to understand and engage with driven men
Monitor and contribute to conversations around men’s health, testosterone, wellness, fitness, and aging
Analyze performance data to refine strategies, identify opportunities, and continually elevate our brand presence
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in content creation, social media, community management, or related marketing roles
Proven experience growing and engaging digital audiences
Strong skills in short-form content creation, copywriting, and storytelling
Proficiency with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook) and content tools (Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.)
Experience managing influencer, ambassador, or creator programs
Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple creative projects
Preferred
Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or men's lifestyle content is highly preferred
