The successful candidate will drive the architectural vision for a synchronized planning ecosystem, ensuring scalability and performance in alignment with Honeywell’s global supply chain strategy.

Responsibilities
Serve as the Solution Architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations and its integration with the SAP landscape
Define the end-to-end integration strategy and data model between Kinaxis RapidResponse and SAP IBP/S/4HANA (including ECC/APO components) to ensure seamless data flow and process synchronization
Lead the design and configuration of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions across key planning areas: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Evaluate technical and functional requirements, translating complex business needs into robust, scalable Kinaxis and SAP IBP technical solutions
Oversee all phases of the Kinaxis implementation lifecycle, from blueprinting and design to testing (Unit, Integration, UAT) and Go-Live
Design and validate the configuration of Kinaxis objects including Workbooks/Worksheets, Dashboards, Alerts, Scenarios, and key metrics
Work closely with Integration teams to configure and manage data exchange using technologies like SAP CPI/SDI/HANA Cloud Integration (HCI), and Kinaxis integration tools
Conduct complex troubleshooting and performance tuning for both Kinaxis and integrated SAP IBP processes
Lead technical and business requirements gathering workshops with cross-functional stakeholders, including Business Process Owners, IT teams, and C-level management
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to project and support teams on best practices for Kinaxis and SAP IBP integration and configuration
Ensure adherence to best practices, global templates, and quality standards for all implemented solutions
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain IT and Consulting, with a minimum of 5 years focused on planning systems implementation
Kinaxis RapidResponse Certification at the Solution Architect level (or equivalent proven expertise leading multiple full lifecycle implementations)
Strong functional and technical expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse, covering the full suite of modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP)
Mandatory SAP Background: Deep functional and integration knowledge of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or prior experience with SAP APO (DP/SNP) with current knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA planning landscape
Proven experience designing and implementing real-time data integration between Kinaxis and SAP (e.g., using IDOCs, BAPIs, APIs, or modern integration middleware)
Expertise in Supply Chain Planning best practices and business processes (e.g., IBP, S&OP, Consensus Forecasting)
Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred
Experience within the Aerospace, Manufacturing, or High-Tech industry (Honeywell domain knowledge is a plus)
Familiarity with Kinaxis scripting languages (e.g., K-script) and advanced analytics/optimization capabilities
Experience with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, SD) to understand the source/target data landscape
Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., HANA, BW)
