Responsibilities
Partner directly with senior business leaders to define data-driven strategies, establish KPIs, and deliver actionable insights that influence high-level decision-making
Architect sophisticated, visually compelling Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions tailored for executive audiences and critical business functions
Mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous professional growth
Champion the establishment and enforcement of analytics standards, style guides, and best practices, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability across all BI deliverables
Engage with IT, operations, and business leaders to translate complex data sets into strategic opportunities and business value
Present insights, recommendations, and business cases to senior management in a compelling, persuasive manner, influencing organizational direction
Qualification
Required
6 - 9 years of progressive experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related discipline, with demonstrated impact at the enterprise level
Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Visual Communication, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Proven track record of leading analytics initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes
Expert-level proficiency with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and integration with complex data sources
Strong portfolio highlighting enterprise dashboard solutions and advanced data storytelling capabilities
Experience mentoring and developing analytics teams; recognized for thought leadership and innovation
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive influence skills
Deep understanding of analytics governance, reporting standards, and data visualization best practices
Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Creative, strategic thinker with a passion for transforming data into business value
Preferred
Experience with multiple BI platforms (Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of SQL, DAX, Python, or other data/query languages
Relevant certifications (e.g., PL-300, Tableau, AWS, Azure)
Experience in healthcare, medical device, or highly regulated industries
