Participate in cross-functional walk throughs
Lead ISO9001 activities to maintain 3rd party certification
Drive completion of PFD, PCP, PFMEA, and PPAP submissions
Interface with internal / external customers to improve current processes
Plan and adjust work priorities to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals / metrics

Qualification

ISO9001 experienceDie Casting experienceLost Foam Casting experienceQuality-related experienceManufacturing experienceBlueprint interpretationSelf drivenInterpersonal skillsProblem solving skillsHands-on experience

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Quality or Manufacturing
Self driven
Interpersonal skills and enjoy working with operators, technicians, supervisors, engineers and suppliers
Blueprint / model interpretation
Willingness to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment

Preferred

5 years of manufacturing experience
2 years of quality-related experience
ISO9001 background / experience
Die Casting, Lost Foam Casting experience
Problem solving skills (Red X, Six Sigma, Lean)
