Responsibilities

Drive long-term growth of ChatGPT by building the technical infrastructure behind OpenAI’s paid marketing platform
Design and deploy backend APIs, data pipelines and services to support campaign management, attribution, and spend optimization
Execute on projects by working closely with growth marketing, data science, product, and other engineering teams to land impact on growth goals
Create a diverse and inclusive culture that makes all feel welcome while enabling radical candor and the challenging of group-think

Required

Experience as a fullstack engineer
Experience in building and scaling systems for marketing channels and spend efficiency
Experience in developing campaign management tools
Experience in integrating with major ad platforms
Experience in building real-time attribution and reporting pipelines
Experience in enabling experimentation frameworks to optimize objectives
Ability to design and implement foundational MarTech infrastructure
Ability to drive long-term growth through technical infrastructure
Ability to design and deploy backend APIs, data pipelines, and services
Ability to execute projects by collaborating with growth marketing, data science, product, and engineering teams
Ability to create a diverse and inclusive culture
Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing conditions
Experience in shipping systems that power marketing or growth use cases
Experience designing and implementing A/B tests
Strong analytical skills and experience tracking business metrics and KPIs
Desire to learn and fill in missing skills
Ability to share information clearly and concisely
