The Assistant Coordinator of Expanded Learning provides administrative support to the Aftercare Coordinator/Director, mentors and tutors students, and coordinates curriculum while communicating with families.

Responsibilities
Provide outreach and communication to families
Serve as a direct administrative support to the Aftercare Coordinator/Director
May serve as second in charge in the absence of the Aftercare Coordinator/Director
Supervise school-aged children indoors and outdoors
Maintain an orderly, safe, and organized environment for the students
Take attendance to ensure all students are accounted for
Plan, develop, and facilitate engaging student activities
Assist students with learning activities and homework assignments
Understand and implement emergency procedures, including safety protocols
Perform related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience working with students
Tuberculosis Clearance and Department of Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance criminal records summary
