This key leadership role involves overseeing financial performance, collaborating with senior leaders, and developing high-performing finance teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support the Electricity Segment's strategic objectives and long-range planning

Be accountable for the segment's financial performance, analyzing key drivers of revenue and costs, and providing regular, detailed reports to senior leadership

Partner with other leaders to assess the financial impact of operational decisions and capital projects, ensuring fiscal responsibility across all departments

Prepare comprehensive financial reports, manage financial audits, and ensure all activities adhere to internal controls and corporate accounting standards

Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, implementing new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Manage the performance and development of each member of your team to drive the performance and culture that is required

Establish an organization wide level of leadership influence, foster a reputation as one of the key leaders and culture champions within Ormat

Engage in the development of overall electricity Segment strategy and work collaboratively with your peer group to exceed the performance goals for the organization as a whole
