You will be responsible for driving organization, transformation, innovation and operational efficiency at scale, as well as managing key programs across global Finance teams within the Controllership organization and with our cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Streamline and own planning, intake, and prioritization processes across the Controllership, ensuring alignment with the Company and Finance team’s goals and strategy
Lead and manage multiple complex, cross-functional programs, including working with stakeholders from IT, Engineering, Sales, and other Finance teams
Provide leadership and expertise in planning, organizing, and executing high-impact projects that drive operational excellence and process standardization across the Finance team
Identify and integrate AI and analytics tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and visibility in Finance operations
Drive cross-functional collaboration across teams and locations to ensure the seamless execution of global initiatives
Work with our Engineering and IT teams to ensure timelines are met and risks are addressed
Partner with cross-functional and internal Finance teams to implement scalable, automated solutions leveraging our Databricks product as well as AI and machine learning tools where applicable
Collaborate closely with Controllership teams to ensure end-to-end process optimization, including efficiency in close procedures and operational controls
Apply deep Finance and Accounting acumen to evaluate, standardize, and enhance processes and systems to reduce manual work and streamline processes
Introduce AI-driven insights, workflow tools, and intelligent automation to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and control
Develop a Global Business Services strategy for global coverage and efficient growth
Lead executive communications and reporting, ensuring transparency and alignment on project progress, risks, and outcomes
Run QBRs with leadership to ensure OKRs and metrics are on track to meet goals and established timelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
8+ years of experience working in Accounting or Finance groups
8+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects and programs with demonstrated success in process optimization and automation
Expertise in program management, executive communications, reporting, and metrics
Experience implementing or managing AI and automation tools within Finance and Accounting organizations
Expertise in planning, OKRs, and QBRs
Experience in implementing and managing SOX controls on both business process and IT sides
Experience in process improvement and optimization
Proficiency with JIRA, project management tools, and reporting systems
Expert-level presentation skills, including the ability to develop impactful presentations using Google Slides
Preferred
SaaS industry experience is a plus
CPA certification is a plus
SQL or Python experience is a plus
