Responsibilities
Provide infusion and skilled nursing care, which includes patient assessments, patient/caregiver education, and responding to emergency needs
Demonstrate excellent time management, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to multitask
Always maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA laws and regulations
Lead and participate in staff and departmental meetings, calls, and in-service trainings as needed
Communicate effectively with peers, managers, and patients with well-developed interpersonal skills
Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and state/federal rules and regulations
Provide training and guidance to your team
Participate in quality programs and help maintain quality metrics
Qualification
Required
Registered nurse with at least one year of registered nursing experience
Active, unrestricted nursing license in your state of practice
Valid BLS certification
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN required
At least one year of supervisory nursing experience required
Preferred
At least one year of infusion therapy experience, including patient assessment, venous access, and emergency care
