Responsibilities

Lead key accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closings
Perform cost and manufacturing accounting analyses to support operational decisions
Drive accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and forecasting
Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to support budgeting and variance analysis
Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
Support process improvements and system enhancements within ERP platforms
Contribute to audit preparation and tax filing support

Required

Strong ERP systems experience
Proven background in manufacturing or cost accounting
