Reform is seeking a talented Forward Deployed Engineer who is passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex, real-world problems. In this role, you’ll embed directly with customers to understand their technical challenges, design innovative solutions, and implement them on Reform’s platform.

Responsibilities

Own the complete lifecycle of high-stakes projects—from initial architecture and design to deployment and continuous optimization
Engage deeply with customer executives and teams to understand their business needs, translate them into actionable technical strategies, and integrate solutions seamlessly
Become a power user of Reform’s platform and leverage your technical expertise to design, build, and deploy solutions—including integrations and new features—to address customer needs
Work with the product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure that customer and field insights drive product strategy
Provide hands-on guidance and deliver direct support to ensure product reliability

Required

Interest in logistics or keen interest in learning
Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships in a B2B setting
Strong technical aptitude with experience in a customer-facing engineering role
Proficiency in reading and writing code in Python, Node, and Next JS, with a solid grasp of data-driven architectures
Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Preferred

Experience with client engagements, rapid prototyping, or iterative solution delivery is a plus
