The role involves developing and acquiring new business revenue, providing outstanding client service, and managing client relationships while supporting and educating staff in sales situations.

Responsibilities

Develop and acquire new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients

Provide outstanding service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and retaining them as long-term clients

Participate in team sales situations with other producers and support personnel

Lead overall client relationships, supported by day-to-day account management

Assist, educate, and develop other staff members in new client sales situations and existing client service requirements

Apply industry technologies to new sales, additional sales to existing clients, and account service

Provide direction in account transfer situations

Prepare and implement an individual business plan and production budget

Develop and maintain inter-division/intercompany relationships consistent with our culture

Required

Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience
