Responsibilities

Accountable to the VP of Operations

Define and implement complex business requirements across multiple domains, including Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Purchasing, and Sales

Responsible for end-to-end solution and system architecture design

Comprehensive ERP module configuration and customization

Working collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness through successful, full-cycle deployments

Required

At least ten (10) years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or in a similar capacity, with a focus on ERP implementation and deployment, or in a similar capacity

Proven expertise in solution and system architecture design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or NAV

Demonstrated experience with five (5) or more enterprise-level full-cycle implementations per year

Expertise in and a proven track record of deploying Dynamics ERP solutions successfully

Experience working with Business Central modules such as Finance, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Sales Order Management

NAV or Business Central Manufacturing and Inventory experience

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, OR established equivalent experience and advanced industry certifications, which confirm expert-level proficiency in Dynamics ERP solution deployment

The ability to travel up to 30%
