Clinician- Family Resource Center

The role involves providing clinical supervision and support, conducting assessments, and facilitating community group sessions.

Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with schools and courts to support integration of FRC services
Supervise the Family Partner and School Liaison, ensuring coordinated service delivery
Conduct trauma-informed intakes, screenings, and complete assessments
Oversee development of Family Support Plans and provide ongoing case management and clinical support
Facilitate parenting and community group sessions, prioritizing families with CRA-related concerns
Qualification
Required
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work or related field
Valid Massachusetts Drivers License
Licensure from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (LCSW, LMHC)
Preferred
Bilingual communication skills preferred
