Responsibilities
Setup and operate CNC machining centers while ensuring the setup will produce the necessary quality throughout and cycle times are adhered to
Prove out, de-bug and give feedback on CNC programs
Write CNC programs as needed
Build and modify fixtures as necessary
Responsible for preparing and updating process documents for jobs setup and operations
Provide input on job feasibility
Setup and operate secondary operations when cycle time of your primary machine allows
Setup and operate manual equipment as necessary
Ensure all tools and materials necessary to keep work flowing is available as needed
Responsible for Predictive and Preventative maintenance of all Machine Shop equipment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum 2 years' experience in a machining environment
Strong computer skills including word processing, email and calendaring
Strong mechanical skills
Proven problem solving and prioritization skills
