Responsibilities

Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice to support migration efforts to Microsoft Teams voice platform
Experience with Five9 or other Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms such as NICE, Genesys or Cisco (Five9 is preferred)
The ability to work with the business to gather business requirements
Not just understand the how, but also the why, when, and why not of telephony service delivery in support of business process and goals
Develop telecommunication solutions to address user needs
