Responsibilities

Visit customers in their homes to consult with them to help identify the product that will meet the needs of their homes
Connect with the customers to offer our replacement services using the tools, training, and sales methodology received in training
Utilize industry-leading product samples, support, and technology to assist in closing the sale

Required

A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
Strong work ethic, drive, ambition, and focus
Honesty and integrity
Comfortable with using technology throughout the sales process
Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments, including evenings and weekends
Strong written, verbal, and listening- communication skills
Self-motivation and results orientation
Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently
Must have a valid Driver's License, a reliable vehicle, and car insurance

Preferred

Prior home improvement sales experience is a plus
