Responsibilities
Develop and review individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team, in alignment with clinical policies and standards
Facilitate individual therapy, family sessions, and therapeutic groups
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system
Provide documentation and support for utilization review as needed
Coordinate with referral sources and outpatient providers
Assist in the development of aftercare plans and track client outcomes
Contribute to curriculum development and participate in staff training initiatives
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, including effective crisis intervention when necessary
Qualification
Required
Licensure: LPC, LCSW, Licensed-Eligible Resident, or CSAC (required)
Strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage crisis situations effectively
Preferred
Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (preferred)
