Responsibilities
Drive email marketing programs to build Amazon Business brand awareness and adoption
Serve as a bridge between marketing teams and brand to identify, scope, and gather requirements for campaigns
Collect and verify collateral from multiple stakeholders. Align deadlines, communicate responsibilities, and monitor project progress
Partner closely with stakeholder teams to develop and implement robust project management strategy
Compile, analyze, and present operational performance metrics to enhance processes for improved efficiency
Facilitate campaign reviews and alignment meetings with team leaders, business partners, and stakeholders
Support the build and maintenance of standards for knowledge management (e.g., SOPs, best practices)
Work across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work effectively
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing or project management roles
Expertise in tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Workfront, Jira, Wrike or Monday
Preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to understand complex project requirements quickly
Diverse experience with email marketing tools
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple requests under tight timelines while remaining responsive
