Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

Develop and execute prospecting strategies to consistently exceed outreach and meeting targets
Generate quality pipeline by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities
Build initial relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients
Conduct effective discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points
Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all prospect interactions
Use data to continuously improve outreach processes and results
Thrive in a rapidly changing, high growth tech environment - no task should be too big or too small

Required

0-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
Proficiency in cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques
Demonstrated success in personal and professional endeavors

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
Comfortable in a rapidly changing, high growth tech environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
