Responsibilities
Translate CONOPS into RF system requirements and constraints
Perform propagation, link budget, and interference analysis
Model systems in MATLAB/Simulink and analyze waveform performance
Verify that component-level designs satisfy system-level requirements
Generate system trade studies and recommendations
Support the system design for autonomous and remote platform and payload control
Support test plan development and data analysis
Qualification
Required
10+ years of system-level RF analysis experience
10 years' experience as an RF Systems Engineer
5+ years RF systems engineering experience
Proficient in MATLAB and system simulation tools
Experience with DSP, BER/EVM analysis, constellation and eye diagram interpretation
Strong understanding of RF propagation, link budget, spectrum regulations
Experience with spectrum/signal analyzers and I/Q analysis
BS in Electrical Engineering (MS/PhD preferred) or a relevant technical discipline
Applicant must have an active DoD SECRET Clearance
The applicant must have US citizenship at the time of application
