Senior Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership management at concessionary to drive HR strategy and successfully deliver human resources services such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee development, payroll services, policy development and other HR activities
Develop and manage HR budget; analyze budget and submit revisions twice a year
Lead the annual performance evaluation and objectives processes and ensure alignment with corporate practices
Lead coach management discussions on employee development and corrective action methods
Evaluates, responds, and resolves human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems
Counsel or coach leaders/employees regarding employee relation issues, including performance management, facilitation of formal/informal complaints to resolution, discipline, and/or terminations in line with local culture and the business legal environment
Provides guidance to Leadership Team on HR related issues to ensure compliance
Represents the company for any unemployment claims and EEOC issues, worker’s compensation insurance audits, etc
Manage and direct all Blue-Collar recruitment processes by posting open positions, reviewing applications, and conducting interviews to verify that candidate experience matches specific job-related requirements
Provide data on HR related activities to the Executive Team on an as needed basis
Ensure all HR policy and procedures are kept up to date and legally compliant
Partner with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations
Collaborate with Cintra US to ensure payroll is completed accurately and to deadline
Work with Cintra US and brokers to analyze and modify benefits plans to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Manage the maintenance of the permanent personnel records to ensure all regulatory requirements are met
Lead and develop Human Resources team to provide exemplary service and support to employees
Seek out efficient methods and ways in which to improve areas within the scope of HR practices
Serve as the head of culture pioneering for the creation of an exceptional work experience applying our core values from employees first interaction with us through retirement

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required
At least 15+ years within the field of Human Resource with a minimum of 3 years holding a strategic management role
Must have experience within talent management, organizational design, total rewards, training & development, compliance and employee engagement
Experience working with multiple cultures and remote teams
Familiarity with state and federal employment laws, guidelines and best practices
Human Resources certifications (SPHR/SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP) desired
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Confident in managing, delegating and reviewing the work of direct reports
Ability to interact with colleagues and executive-level employees in a self-managed team structure
Superior interpersonal communication, decision-making, project management and negotiating skills
Must be able to multitask, solve problem, prioritize, and implement innovative processes within a fast-paced environment
Must be an effective coach and demonstrate outstanding leadership abilities
Ability to train, develop and manage large workforces
Must demonstrate high level of confidentiality and discretion
Must hold superior conflict resolution skills and exceptional processes improvement ability
Global and cultural awareness
Must be able to demonstrate high computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Excel, Outlook calendar, Word and Power Point
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Human Resource Management Systems (HRIS) and compensation tools is required
